Aquaria is a system being developed to integrate protein 3D structures, sequences, and gene features.
This page gives access to a preview of the Aquaria 3D viewer only; the full system will have many other functionalities.
As shown in the video below, Aquaria uses the Molecular Control Toolkit to allow 3D navigation via the Kinect & Leap Motion.

The Toolkit supports Leap Motion under Windows and MacOS (not Linux). Kinect runs only under Windows.
